Every hour 500 pictures are uploaded in storage, so its really hard to monitor, so we decided to take down pictures who complained.

Why are you posting in user introduction,
you can post without approval in any topic except user introduction

Its just for introduction and to prevent spamming on users demand we set it like that.

It will approve within a day or sometimes within an hour.
